• Installed a Western Colloid Fluid Applied “Cool Roof”
• Re-roofed around, under and between HVAC equipment
• Odor and noise to neighboring wildlife preserve negligible
• Installed roofing with minimum disruption to 24-hour facility

• New, watertight, reflective roof
