• To replace cedar roofing with similar looking material
• Complex houses 250 pieces of Henry and Mary Margaret Anderson's 20th century museum-quality art collection throughout
• Complex is one of the nation's most expensive office rentals filled with almost continuous meetings or conventions held by some of the nation's brightest venture capitalists

• Installed a class B heavy #1 premium cedar shake roof system
• Located and marked off all of the inner meeting rooms and schedules, and integrated them into our work activities
• Used extreme care in the removal, loading and unloading of materials so as to not disturb the artwork located on the walls and floors throughout the buildings

• Completed this approximately 200,000 square foot re-roof project over 4 years without disruptions to tenants.
