Washington Mutual Campus - Pleasanton
Platinum re-roofed two buildings for Washington Mutual at their Pleasanton Campus in addition to another bank facility nearby. We made the recommendation to use Carlisle's Sure-Weld 60 mil TPO. This TPO has a lot going for it: an NDL "no dollar limit" warranty on new re-roofs and a proven track record, to start. Environmentally safe and 100% recyclable, TPO has become our material of choice. And this single ply works perfectly for clients wanting to employ green building practices because it is LEED approved. Time was of the essence on this job, so we stepped up our schedule and worked weekends to complete all three buildings in a timely manner.
